Hestern E.J. Banda
Hestern Banda is a well-respected professional consultant in Organizational Development, Management and Social Development. As a professional consultant, he has admirable experience in conducting strategic plans, strategic reviews and evaluations of programs and projects in various fields including Human Rights and Good Governance. He is a member of the International Organizational Development Association (IODA) and also serves on several International Boards of Directors including an NGO called Partners in Hope providing choice HIV/AIDS and medical care and services in Malawi. He is also a certified World Bank Community Driven Development Distance Learning Facilitator and Trainer of Trainers.
Hestern and his wife, Rosellyn, are founders and managing partners of a Malawian corporation called Salephera Enterprises and Investments Ltd, with seven subsidiary companies operating and registered in Malawi. Hestern and Rosellyn are also founders of the Christian Entrepreneurs’ Association of Malawi, a membership organization working with Christian men and women from different congregations in Malawi to grow their businesses, generate wealth and employment guided by Kingdom values and principles for community transformation.
