Lindsay Driscoll is now a consultant with Bates Wells and Braithwaite and lectures as Cass Business School. Until 2008, she was a Legal Commissioner at the Charity Commission. She has had considerable experience in the field of charity law; as Head of Legal and Governance as NVCO, as a partner with Sinclair Taylor & Martin, and as a consultant both in the United Kingdom and internationally.
