Ms. Angela Scott is a Legal Advisor with various ICNL programs, including Latin America and Africa, as well as several ICNL analytic research projects and publications. Ms. Scott has 10 years of experience working several capacities in both the non-profit and for-profit sectors, most recently serving as an Attorney with Steptoe & Johnson LLP in Washington, D.C.
Prior to that, Ms. Scott was an Attorney with Squire Sanders & Dempsey, and a volunteer with the United States Peace Corps in Haiti helping to set up micro-lending programs throughout the country.
Ms. Scott holds a J.D. from the University of Miami and a B.A. in Art History and Romance Languages from Dartmouth College.
