Fabrice Suplisson is a French lawyer who joined ICNL as a consultant in October 2006.
Prior to working with ICNL he was a Partner and Assistant Director of the legal publishing company Juris-Service, dedicated to the not-for-profit sector in France.
In his previous position Fabrice contributed numerous articles for Juris Associations, a leading French publication on legal and tax-related issues in the nonprofit field, and for several other legal publications and professional newsletters aimed at not-for profit entities and self-employed professionals. As head of the legal department, Fabrice designed, implemented, and conducted many training sessions on the management of associations and seminars on current legal issues involving the nonprofit sector and its institutional partners (state and local administration); as well as its professional service providers (lawyers, CPAs, etc.) Through Juris Associations he took part in the first incorporated network involving the French government’s main departments in charge of the not-for-profit sector and some of the major French federations, associations, and foundations. In addition, he participated in several training-oriented networks at the European level.
Fabrice is a graduate of Université Lyon III, France (J.D. equivalent) and of Georgetown University Law Center (LL.M).
