02-21-2001: IJNL Seeks Articles for March Issue
The International Journal of Not-for-Profit Law (IJNL) seeks articles on subjects related to law as it relates to not-for-profit organizations for publication in its next issue (Volume 3, Issue 3).
Topics to be covered may include:
- Up-to-date information on legal and regulatory developments affecting the not-for-profit sector in countries around the world;
- Self Regulation, including information and resources about NGO codes of ethics and other sector-developed accountability mechanisms;
- The role of law in creating an enabling environment for private philanthropy;
- Legal mechanisms for fostering development partnerships;
- Tax law developments affecting cross-border giving;
- Book reviews; and
- Discussions of important case law developments from national and international tribunals.
