ICNL assists South African partner in government-civil society project to improve the enabling legal framework and benefit non-profit organizations (NPOs) in South Africa.
With funding from USAID through PACT, ICNL is providing international resources and experience-based technical assistance in support of the Non Profit Consortium (NPC) in its work with government and the NPO sector to strengthen safeguards and tax benefits available to the sector.
