01-19-2006: Russian President Vladimir Putin Signs New NGO Law
On January 10, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed the Law “On Introducing Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” (hereinafter “NGO Law”). The official version of the NGO Law was published in the official government newspaper on January 17, 2005.
