05-05-2006: ICNL Participates in CSO Conference in Venezuela
ICNL Advisory Council member Adriana Restrepo was a featured speaker at the "Forum on CSO Regulation and International Cooperation" in Caracas, Venezuela. Her presentation addressed "Civil Organizations, Foundations, and the Protection of International Rights." Other topic presented included "Consultation between Latin America and Europe: The Perspective of NGOs" and "The Regulation and Financing of Civil Society Organizations: Constitutional Law and the Venezuelan Law Project."
