8-29-2007: ICNL Welcomes New Members to Global Alliance
ICNL is pleased to introduce three new alliance members into our network. Our ICNL, LLC offices in Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan will assist in the implementation of our programming activities throughout the NIS region.
