ICNL releases Mexican fellow's paper

ICNL is happy to announce the release of an informative study authored by a USAID-sponsored ICNL senior research fellow from Mexico, Ireri Ablanedo Terrazas. The paper was written during this past summer and provides an in-depth overview of the legal framework impacting CSOs in Mexico.
