New Foreign Exchange notice in China

China’s State Administration of Foreign Exchange promulgated Notice 63 on Issues Concerning the Administration of Foreign Exchange Donated to or by Domestic Institutions. ICNL is in the process of clarifying various implementation issues relating to this Notice.
