Governments are Displaying Signs of “Agoraphobia,” ICNL Says in Foreign Policy

In Foreign Policy’s Democracy Lab, ICNL’s Douglas Rutzen and Brittany Grabel write that governments around the world are increasingly displaying signs of “agoraphobia,” or “fear of the square.”
