1. What are the visa requirements for Sweden?
To determine whether or not you need a visa, please visit Sweden's website here. For further information and answers to questions, please consult the web site of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Sweden: http://www.swedenabroad.com. Information on embassies, consulates, and consular affairs can be viewed here. Those participants who need to travel to a third country to secure a visa are advised to contact the indicated foreign Embassy in advance to ensure that the information on the websites is accurate. The visa application process takes some time and we request that any participant requiring a visa notify ICNL as soon as possible, but no later than June 10, 2011, so that we may begin processing the invitation letter required to obtain a visa.
2. What if I need a visa invitation letter?

3. Where is the conference venue?
The Global Forum will be held at the Clarion Hotel Sign in Stockholm (http://www.clarionsign.com/).
4. When does the Global Forum commence and end?
The Global Forum will begin at 14:00 the afternoon of August 21, 2011, with registration and an informal lunch beforehand, and will conclude with a gala dinner the evening of August 23, 2011. Participants should plan to arrive the morning of August 21, and depart on the August 24.
5. How do I make hotel arrangements?
To make a booking in the Global Forum block please contact Jonas Ahlblom at: firstname.lastname@example.org, and refer to reservation number 227697. Reservations must be made no later than June 1. 6. How much is the registration fee?
The registration fee for the conference is US$395. Unless specifically instructed otherwise in your invitation letter, the fee must be received by May 31, 2011, or within thirty days of submitting your registration application. For further information please view ICNL's Travel and Expense Policy.

8. What if I have general questions about traveling in Sweden?

9. Can I register for individual days?
No. The Registration fee covers full conference registration. You may not register for individual days of the conference.
10. If I cannot attend the Forum, can someone else use my registration?
The Global Forum is invitation only event; therefore participation is limited to individuals who have received an invitation from ICNL and have registered for the event. If you cannot attend, your invitation cannot be transferred.

12. Can I approach donors for funding while at the Forum?
No. To maintain a collegial spirit at the Global Forum, there is a no solicitation rule at this event.
