Bailey is a Program Assistant at the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, supporting the Asia and the Latin America & the Caribbean teams.
Previously, Bailey served as a Program Associate for Washington External Affairs at the Council on Foreign Relations, liaising with Congress, the Executive branch, and the diplomatic community. She has also interned in the House of Representatives and the Finance departments of two Senate campaigns.
Bailey holds a B.A. in International Studies from the School of International Service at American University, with a concentration in Foreign Policy & National Security and regional specialization in the Western Hemisphere. She also was invited and participated in the State Department’s Diplomacy Lab for her senior capstone.
