Aygul Minigalina is ICNL’s Finance Director. She oversees management of the accounting and financial functions, including financial management of the organization’s global programs, financial systems, finance staff, controls, and procedures.  Aygul is responsible for financial policies and compliance; leads key organizational processes including the annual audits and development of ICNL’s institutional budget; supports the Board and Audit Committee in financial oversight; and supports ICNL’s global staff in program financial management.

Prior to her promotion to Finance Director, Aygul has been an integral part of ICNL’s Finance team for over twelve years. Since joining ICNL in 2008, she progressed from being a project accountant to overseeing the budgeting and reporting functions of ICNL’s finance department. She gained in-depth expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, donor reporting, grants and contracts, and compliance for USG and non-USG donor funding.
