Brandon Hughes is an Administrative Officer at ICNL. Prior to joining ICNL, Brandon was a Project Management Intern at Management Systems International, where he supported USAID projects focused on promoting judicial reform and governmental transparency in Mexico.

Brandon received a B.A. in International Relations from American University, during which time he also studied abroad and taught English in Rabat, Morocco. He remained at American University to complete his M.A. in the same area of study, focusing specifically on US foreign policy and the role of human security in international relations.
