Karen Kerschke

Program Assistant

Karen Kerschke is a Program Assistant at ICNL. Prior to joining ICNL, Karen was a trainee at the European Parliament in Brussels, where she focused on Middle Eastern foreign policy. She also interned with the German Marshall Fund, working with the Transatlantic Democracy Working Group.

Karen graduated with honors from the University of Chicago, where she received a M.A. in international relations. Her research focused on international norm creation and human rights. Originally from Germany, Karen initially came to the United States for her B.A. in government and art history from Lawrence University.
