Luke Fletcher is a partner at the law firm Bates Wells Braithwaite in London and specialises in charity, social enterprise, responsible business and impact investing.
Luke advises a wide range of clients from Governments, international NGOs and household name charities, think tanks and campaigning organisations to socially responsible businesses, social investors and impact oriented asset managers. He has worked with the European Commission on the mapping of social enterprise across Europe and for the UK Government on the development of social investment tax relief and social impact bonds.
Luke is the chair of the European Social Enterprise Law Association and of the Policy Council of B Lab (UK). He is interested in the relationship between traditional civil society and emerging forms of impact oriented businesses.
