ICNL’s toolkit explores the implications for civil society organizations of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing laws and the standards and procedures of the Financial Action Task Force. The toolkit includes exercises and a webinar to guide CSOs through the resources. Available in English and Spanish.
Challenges & Opportunities in Latin America
ICNL’s 2015 report assesses laws in Latin America governing CSOs’ lifecycles and their implementation, CSOs’ access to public funding, and opportunities for CSOs to participate in policymaking.
