As part of the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform’s investigation into Harvard’s “lack of compliance with civil rights laws despite receiving [federal funds],” the letter requests all documents and communications on several issues, including its administrative structures, hiring and admissions policies, viewpoint diversity, DEI practices, and among others.
