Letters to over 200 NGOs that allegedly “were involved in providing services or support to inadmissible aliens during the Biden-Harris administration’s historic border crisis.” The letters request each NGO to complete a survey that includes questions about government grants, contracts, and disbursements received, lawsuits against the federal government as well as amicus briefs filed in lawsuits against the federal government, and other forms of assistance provided to “illegal immigrants or unaccompanied alien children” in recent years, among other questions.
