ICNL has produced a legal analysis of the draft Non-Governmental Organizations Act to offer suggestions on how to improve the Bill and to assist local partners in their advocacy.

In 2020, ICNL provided technical assistance to the Somalia NGO Consortium by reviewing their draft policy brief analyzing the NGO Law which formed the basis of their advocacy engagement with Parliamentarians and local development partners.
