Lessons Learnt From Mutual Evaluation Processes

This paper summarizes the outcomes of the September 2016 workshop on the effective implementation of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF)  standards on nonprofits. The workshop was co-organized by our affiliate, the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law, along with the European Foundation Centre, Human Security Collective, and the Charity and Security Network.

The paper presents the main points and takeaways from the discussions and provides further recommendations.
