COE Report on Freedom of Assembly and Association on the Internet

This 2015 report by the Council of Europe’s committee of experts on cross-border flow of Internet traffic and Internet freedom studies the implications of information telecommunication technologies (ICTs), notably the Internet, regarding the exercise and enjoyment of the right to freedom of peaceful assembly and association. It is focused in particular on the new challenges to this right and explores possible responses to them.
