In this seminar report, experts convened by the Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC) and the Non-Governmental Public Action Programme (NGPA) explore the impact of counter-terrorism measures on civil society organizations in the UK, organizations’ responses to the new pressures, and lessons learned.
