PUBLISHED: MARCH 2013

This paper by the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law was prepared in response to the Government of Mongolia’s intentions to reform the system of contracting government tasks and to include civil society organization in the delivery of such tasks.

The paper reviews the various types of partnerships between the state and private providers and explores how states involve CSOs in the delivery of government tasks. It also recommends steps that Mongolian stakeholders can undertake in developing the concept and possible legislation on this issue.
