تحاور الدكتورة تقى المجالي نشطاء و خبراء في مجال حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، حول ما اذا كانت القوانين التي تحمي الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة تدعم حرياتهم المدنية؟ و ما اذا كانت عملية إنشاء جمعية تعتبر سهله لهم، كما تم خلال الجلسة مناقشة موضوع مشاركة الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة بصنع القرارات بشكل عام والقرارات التي تؤثر عليهم بشكل خاص كافيه ، بالإضافة إلى مناقشة الصعوبات التي تعاني منها النساء من الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة عند ممارسة حقوقهن المدنية.
Dr. Taqi Al-Majali interviewed activists and experts on the rights of persons with disabilities about whether laws in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region protect people with disabilities and support their civil rights. They also discussed the process of establishing an association for persons with disabilities, access and ability to engage in public participation, and the difficulties women with disabilities experience when exercising their civil rights.
