The workshop is designed to:

• Enable you to develop cutting-edge skills and knowledge in various resource mobilization methods, and organizational development areas that enable fundraisers to be successful, such as leadership, strategic planning and communication
• Give you the confidence to develop a local resource mobilization programme within your own organization
• Provide you with ideas for initiatives that you can implement in your community. Enable you to share ideas, network, and learn from your peers in the development sector, as well as from fundraising experts and consultants. Bring together people from different countries from NIS an environment of learning, collaboration and camaraderie.
