Zimbabwean statement at inaugural session of the Human Rights Council

The Minister of Justice, Legal, and Parliamentary Affairs of Zimbabwe issued a Statement at the Inaugural Session of the Human Rights Council on June 22, 2006. Among other issues, he called upon the Council to establish a framework to prohibit the direct funding by “developed countries and their agencies” of NGOs operating in the fields of human rights and governance.
