Foreign Funding Mechanism Tracker
The Strengthening Civil Society and Media Systems (Sawt) Activity, through ICNL, developed the Jordan Foreign Funding Tracker. This tool monitors the complex process of foreign funding requests, tracking delays and unnecessary document requests from the government. ICNL analyzes this data and produces monthly reports on trends and issues in foreign funding requests, sharing these insights with stakeholders. Civil society organizations can incorporate the tracker data and reports to help in their advocacy and policy efforts aimed at improving the foreign funding system. The tracker provides detailed information, including proposal descriptions, targeted rights/groups, and funding sources such as USAID and donors.
