Given a recent wave of inquiries, ICNL and the Council on Foundations are organizing an open conference call on China’s Draft Law on Management of Overseas NGOs and Foundations: Impact on U.S. Funders and Organizations Working in China.

The call will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2-3pm Eastern Time. Professor Mark Sidel, ICNL’s Asia Consultant, will describe the implications of the law for overseas funders and NGOs doing work within the country.
