Об утверждении состава комиссии по
рассмотрению материалов по регистрации религиозных
организаций и общественных объединений
при Министерстве адалат Туркменистана

(Собрание актов Президента Туркменистана и решений
Правительства Туркменистан а, 2005 г., № 9, ст. 346)

1. Утвердить следующий состав комиссии по рассмотрению материалов по
регистрации религиозных организаций и общественных объединений при Министерстве
адалат Туркменистана:
Министр адалат Туркменистана (председатель Комиссии);
зам еститель Председателя Генгеши по делам религий при Президенте
Туркменистана;
первый заместитель Министра адалат Туркменистана;
первый заместитель Министра иностранных дел Туркменистана;
первый заместитель Генерального прокурора Туркменистана;
первый заместитель Министра национальной безопасности Туркменистана;
первый заместитель Министра внутренних дел Туркменистана;
заместитель Начальника Государственной службы Туркменистана по регистрации
иностранных граждан.
2. Признать утратившим силу пункт 1 постановления Президента Туркменистана от
22 Гурбансолтан (апреля) 2005 г. № 7197 “Об образовании комиссии по рассмотрению
материалов по регистрации религиозных организаций и общественных объединений при
Министерстве адалат Туркменистана” (Собрание акто в Президента Туркменистана и
решений Правительства Туркменистана, 2005 г., № 4, ст. 96) в части состава Комиссии.
