This three-part Guide, developed by Clifford Chance LLP, is designed to help democratic exiles, with special reference to Russian and Belarusian activists, human rights defenders, and civil society organization (CSO) representatives who consider residing in the Czech Republic. The Guide helps them to comply with the laws of the Czech Republic by providing them with information on issues relating to visa status, labor, corporate, tax, civil law matters, and other issues related to organizing their work after relocation to the Czech Republic.
