This Pachamama Foundation report assesses the laws and practices imposed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Amazonian regions of Ecuador and Peru; describes the impact of those measures on indigenous associations’ exercise of the freedoms of association and peaceful assembly; and presents recommendations for reforms.
