This handbook – published by the European Center for Not-for-Profit Law in partnership with ICNL, Dentons and DLA Piper – provides comparative information on incorporation and operation in 10 selected countries in Europe and Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region: Belgium, Czechia, Estonia, Georgia, Germany, Ireland, Lebanon, Sweden, Tunisia and Turkey.
Each country note is broken down into 10 thematic subsections that contains specific, detailed requirements for the existing legal forms in each country.
The Handbook is available in English, Arabic and Russian via ECNL’s website.
