LAW NO05/2012 OF 17/02/2012 GOVERNING THE ORGANISATION AND THE FUNCTIONING OF INTERNATIONAL NON-GOVERNMENTAL ORGANISATIONS.
Article One: Purpose of this Law
This Law governs the organization and functioning of international non-governmental organisations which habe general interest activities in Rwanda.
Article 2: Definitions of Terms.
For the purpose if this Law, an international non-governmental organization is an organization that was established in accordance with foreign laws and the objective if which is related to public interests.
Article 3: Autonomy of international non-governmental organisations
Without prejudice to other laws, international non-governmental organisations shall enjoy managerial, financial and administrative autonomy.
