Philanthropy Law Report

A culture of philanthropy is well-rooted in Kuwaiti society, but the legal framework for civil society and nonprofit organizations is somewhat restrictive. The report (available in English and Arabic) explores the current state of laws and regulations affecting philanthropy, unpacking the history, and the present-day legal environment.
